Marketplace role
MotoBazaar helps buyers and sellers discover, manage, and discuss listings. MotoBazaar is not the seller, buyer, broker, inspection provider, payment handler, or delivery provider for user-to-user transactions.
Accounts and access
Some features are available without login, while contact actions, favorites, seller tools, profile management, and paid plan features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
Listings
Listings must be accurate, lawful, and posted only for items you are authorized to sell. MotoBazaar may reject, pause, limit, hide, or remove listings that appear misleading, unsafe, duplicated, expired, prohibited, or harmful to the marketplace.
Media uploads
Listing media should represent the actual item. Photos and videos may be restricted by plan limits, file size, duration, moderation rules, and technical requirements. Do not upload copyrighted, misleading, unsafe, or unrelated content.
Paid plans and subscriptions
Paid features are based on plan capabilities shown in the app, such as active listing limits, media limits, analytics, priority visibility, and ad-free browsing. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are handled through the relevant app store and subscription provider.
Safe transactions
Buyers and sellers should inspect items, verify documents, meet safely, and make payment decisions independently. MotoBazaar does not guarantee listing accuracy, seller ownership, buyer intent, pricing, or transaction completion.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the service, misuse contact details, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, post deceptive listings, harass users, or use MotoBazaar for unlawful activity.
